Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it’s been over 30 days since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund.
  • Please note, we do not provide return labels at this time and cannot refund the shipping cost of your order.

Eligibility for Return

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
  • Non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care products.

Processing Your Return

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Contact us with your order number at support@navicaddie.com for easy processing.

Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

  • Items with signs of use, opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), or items not in original condition may be eligible for partial refunds.
  • Returns more than 30 days after delivery may also receive partial refunds.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and we’ll send an email when your refund is issued. Note that refund processing times vary by payment method.
  • Sale Items: Regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting for your refund? First, recheck your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@navicaddie.com.

Exchanges

Experiencing a product issue? Reach out to our support team at support@navicaddie.com for assistance and troubleshooting.

Gifts

  • If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return’s value. We’ll mail a gift certificate to you once we receive the returned item.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.

Shipping for Return

  • Please contact us at support@navicaddie.com before returning any items.
  • Send your return to: Navicaddie Return, No.1 Street, New York, USA.
  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • For items over $75, consider using trackable shipping or shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
